19MM x mID bB sized BB w/ sealed bearings + 2 plastic light CONE WASHERS + a steel center SPACER (use size as is, or you may have to cut / file shorter to match your current ones size, or add washers if you need to make it bigger) + not shown : a few reg washers to make these fit just right. not in pics but includes 3 regs....tip old seatpost make great center spacer.
